Niykee is a songwriter who, despite her whirlwind career has maintained a regular routine. Some of her personal highlights included being chosen by Snoop dogg to become his sidekick during the YouTube Brandcast event in May 2013. The young producer is now attracted to Niykee, who is always looking at latest beats. Many end up inspiring music ideas. She says that she can discern if a beat is good in just five seconds. Then, a new track will come into her brain. My guitar sits on the back of my porch and I'll let my thoughts flow. Most of the time, it's done in less than 30 minutes. Niykee's past pain is a constant source of inspiration as she develops as a writer. Niykee says that, even when she's not composing about things that were actually taking place every ache through her childhood and loss of her sister find its way into the music. The memories influence my songs and builds this deeper significance behind everything that is an important thing for me. I want to be able to say that I could hear any of my songs in 20 years down the road and feel proud of the things I wrote.
